Perseus XR is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy enquiries can be submitted through the contact form. Select “Other” as the project type and identify the enquiry as a privacy request.
Information we collect
The project form collects your name, work email, organisation, project type, desired outcome, intended audience, target date, indicative budget and consent choice. We also receive limited technical request information used for security and abuse prevention.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry information to assess, respond to and administer a potential business relationship. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries, and consent where it is specifically requested.
Service providers and international processing
Website hosting is provided through Vercel, and project-form enquiries are delivered through Resend. These providers may process information in multiple jurisdictions. We use providers only for operating the website and responding to your enquiry, subject to their contractual and technical safeguards.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as needed to assess the opportunity, manage the relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are periodically reviewed and deleted when there is no continuing business or legal need.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational controls, including server-side validation, input limits, abuse protection and restricted access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
