An Independent Lab for
Complex, IP-Sensitive
Environments
Perseus XR is an independent lab. We build AI-powered workflows for environments where IP, privacy, and operational complexity make off-the-shelf solutions unusable. Client engagements are our proving ground — what works becomes a repeatable system.
The lab is the engine.
Build
The lab develops AI-powered workflows in-house — pressure-tested on real operational problems before a client ever sees them.
Prove
Select client engagements are the proving ground. Complex, IP-sensitive work with no off-the-shelf answer. If it works here, it works anywhere.
Deliver
What survives the proving ground becomes a repeatable system — a packaged method, not an ongoing retainer.

Perseus is not a standard services company. It is a lab — one that develops workflows, builds proprietary systems, and takes on client work as the test environment for what it is building.
The methods come from the lab. The proof comes from the field. The output belongs to you.
IP stays where it belongs
Every system we build is designed for environments where data cannot leave the room. No cloud dependency, no vendor exposure, no compromise.
Methods before engagements
We develop the workflow first — in the lab, on real problems. Client work is where we prove it, not where we invent it.
Systems, not subscriptions
What we build for you is a system you own and operate. We do not create dependency. We create capability.
Fifteen years on film sets across France, the UK, and Asia. Gaffer and camera operator in Paris — over 30 projects including Luc Besson's Valerian at EuropaCorp. Director of Photography, then virtual production as it became real.
At Dark Matters Studios, part of the team that built the VP pipeline together. Camera operator on HBO's House of the Dragon. Previsualized Apple TV+'s Franklin as a two-person team. Demonstrated ICVFX to directors Jacques Audiard and Xavier Gens. Then Pixomondo London — VP Technician, business development, R&D. Led Schweppes with John Mathieson, cinematographer of Gladiator, and Susanna White, director of Star Wars: Andor.
The AI work grew out of that — not a computer science background, but fifteen years of understanding where production systems fail from inside them. That is the origin of the lab.
